★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Обращалась за оформлением паспорта, работники грубили, когда я хотела задать вопрос по поводу заполненных данных, меня перебили на половине предложения и сказали "Что тебе не понятно?" Такое обращение говорит само за себя. Когда я села в будку для фотографий, на мне были очки и шарф, и я по громкой связи услышала голос сотрудницы, которая сказала, что я веду себя как 12-ти летняя, потому что не знаю, что надо снять шарф и очки. На протяжении всего оформления документов я встречалась с ухмылками и саркастическими комментариями о моих способностях. Очень неприятно приходить в консульство. Венгерские государственные работники очень вежливо обращаются с посетителями, поэтому встретить такое обращение было вдвойне неприятно, так как я отвыкла от такого обращения в Венгрии. Очень жалко, что такие люди представляют нашу страну за границей.
I applied for a passport, the workers were rude, when I wanted to ask a question about the filled in data, they interrupted me halfway through the sentence and said "What do you not understand?" This appeal speaks for itself. When I sat down in the photo booth, I was wearing glasses and a scarf, and over the speakerphone I heard the voice of an employee who said that I was behaving like a 12-year-old because I didn't know to take off my scarf and glasses. Throughout the paperwork, I was met with smirks and sarcastic comments about my abilities. It is very unpleasant to come to the consulate. Hungarian government officials are very polite to visitors, so it was doubly unpleasant to meet such treatment, since I lost the habit of such treatment in Hungary. It is a pity that such people represent our country abroad.
