Ma február 1.van, felhívtuk az ügyfélszolgalatot, a válasz pedig az volt hogy sajnos elveszett.Ez ám a vevőközpontúság,ha nem kérdezünk rá lehet még márciusban is várnánk, köszönjük. Bár a mobil appban vannak bugok, pl beteszem a kedvenceim közé a ruhát, mégse történik semmi, illetve kiírja, hogy berakta a kedvencek közé, de mégse tette be. Vagy pl bent van a kedvencek között, kiírja, hogy elfogyott, de amikor újra rámész még van belőle a méretedben. Vagy pl amikor bent van a kedvenceid között és tennéd a kosárba és kiírja hogy érvénytelen termékkód, amikor meg megnézed a ruhát nem hoz be semmit. Az ügyfélszolgálattal is vannak bajok. Írtam egy emailt nekik egy reklamációval kapcsolatban, és még nem jött rá válasz, egy másik alkalommal meg kb azt kaptam vissza, hogy így jártam, ez van. A telefonos ügyfélszolgálat jó csak az emailes fura. Alapvetően meg drága nagyon az ára a ruháknak.
