Közben sok zenét hallgatunk, ami a kevésbé érdeklődőket is odaköti. Sok időt rá kell szánni, mert könnyen ottragad az ember, de mindenképp érdemes, páratlan élmény. A unique collection in the world from the beginning of sound recording. William is a very knowledgeable, dedicated collector, a special experience as he guides the visitor through. In the meantime, we listen to a lot of music, which connects those who are less interested. A lot of time has to be devoted to it because one can easily get stuck, but it is definitely a worthwhile, unparalleled experience.

Bevallom őszintén huszonéves fejjel nem sok fogalmam volt arról, hogy mi fán terem az az orsós magnó és minek kell annak egy múzeum? Belépve aztán a laikus is csak ámul-bámul a rengeteg masina láttán. Nagy Vilmos tulajdonos és műgyűjtő vezetése nélkül talán fel sem fogja az ember, mit lát. Minden egyes magyar gyártmányú masina megtalálható itt, a külföldi gépekkel együtt összesen több mint 430 magnó - és hihetetlen, de mindegyik működik!! A megfelelő gombok lenyomása után beindul a 60-as évek swing zenéje, Vili bácsi táncra perdül és valami olyan hihetetlen szeretettel - gépeit tegezve - mutatja be a kiállítást, hogy a jókedve ragadós. A felnőtt jegy 1.700,- HUF, kicsit drágább az átlagos múzeumbelépőknél, de minden forintja megéri. Érdemes látogatás előtt odatelefonálni. The highlight of our four-day blue trekking was this exhibition and guided tour, it is definitely worth visiting or making a detour. I honestly admit, in my twenties, I had little idea what a wood tape recorder is and what a museum needs? Entering then the layman just amazes at the many machines. Without the guidance of William the owner and art collector, one might not realize what he sees. Every single Hungarian-made machine can be found here, along with foreign machines, a total of over 430 tape recorders - and incredible, but they all work !! After pressing the right buttons, the swing music of the 60s starts, Uncle Vili dances and shows the exhibition with something so unbelievably loving - making his machines - that the fun is sticky. The adult ticket is 1,700, - HUF, a bit more expensive than the average entrance fee, but every HUF is worth it. It's a good idea to call before you visit.

A kiállított szerkentyűk nagy többsége működőképes és habár nem egy közülük elmúlt 70 éves épp olyan lelkesedéssel és precizitással végzik a dolgukat miként házigazdánk Nagy Vilmos aki egy-személyben a múzeumigazgató, restaurátor, tárlatvezető, szakértő stb stb. Mindenkinek meleg szívvel ajánlom ha van kb másfél órájuk a megtekintésre. Terény kb 40 perc autóút Vác felől a csodálatos Nógrádi táj hegyes dombos útjain. The museum is the owner of a private collection, Vilmos Nagy, who will give an exhibition tour to all those interested in a highly detailed and entertaining performance with selected music of excellent taste, which will be played by currently manufactured tape recorders. The vast majority of the gadgets on display are functional and although not one of them has done the last 70 years with the same enthusiasm and precision as our host Vilmos Nagy, who is one of the museum director, restorer, exhibition manager, expert, etc. I warmly recommend it to everyone if they have about an hour and a half to watch. Terény is about a 40-minute drive from Vác on the hilly roads of the wonderful Nógrád landscape.
J	Judit Pásztor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ennél csodálatosabb múzeumban még nem voltam. Nem készültem fel rá, hogy vajon milyen lesz majd, és egyik ámulatból estem a másikba. A hely magával ragadó. Egy igazi időutazás úgy az orsós magnók, mint a közreműködésükkel megszólaltatott zenék világában. A múzeum létrehozója, és egyben a vezetőnk ebben az időutazásban Nagy Vilmos úr, aki imádja amit csinál. Benne van a szíve, és a lelke, és ezt a szeretetet tudja átadni, minden látogatónak, aki nem rest, hogy ellátogasson hozzá. Lúdbőrős voltam szinte 10 percenként, annyira jó érzés volt ott lenni. Az idő észrevétlenül szállt, és olyan élményekkel térhettem haza, ami földönkívüli. Remélem rengeteg ember átélheti még ezt akkor is, ha nem a legkönnyebben megközelíthető helyen van a múzeum. Az ilyen csodákért viszont a világ végére is érdemes elmenni. Szeretettel ajánlom mindenkinek 0-300 éves korig. I have never been to a more wonderful museum. I wasn’t prepared for what it was going to be like, and I fell from one amazement to another. The place is captivating. A real time travel in the world of both reel-to-reel tape recorders and the music they play. The founder of the museum, and at the same time our leader in this time travel, is Mr. William the Great, who loves what he does. It has a heart and a soul in it, and it can pass that love on to any visitor who does not rest to visit it. I was goosebumps almost every 10 minutes, it felt so good to be there. Time passed unnoticed and I was able to return home with experiences that were extraterrestrial. I hope a lot of people can experience this even if the museum is not the most easily accessible place. For such miracles, however, it is also worth going to the end of the world. I would love to recommend it to everyone aged 0-300.

A múzeum csodálatos és remélem a család tovább viszik a hagyományt és a kiállítást, bár az alapító odaadása, előadása, átélése, tudása pótolhatatlan és remélem ezzel nem sértek meg senkit! Mi viszonylag régen voltunk a múzeumban, de az egyedi tárlatvezetés élménye megoszthatatlan azokkal, akik nem ismerték Nagy Vilmost! My condolences to the family! I learned that Vilmos Nagy, the owner of the private collection and museum, passed away in August 2021! The museum is wonderful and I hope the family will carry on the tradition and exhibition, although the founder’s dedication, performance, experience, knowledge is irreplaceable and I hope they didn’t offend anyone! We were in the museum relatively long ago, but the experience of a unique guided tour is indivisible with those who did not know William the Great!
