I just sit back relaxed at home and waited so they could test me at my own home. I would recommend to everyone who do not like queues and waiting in crowded places!!!

Do not recommend for foreigners.

From a British perspective, it was also great value for money (the same test can cost more than four times as much in the UK).

The initial order was smooth, the time slot as requested, and an afterthought change was accommodated. The tester phoned asking if she could arrive half hour ahead of time. She was extremely kind and efficient with our somewhat reticent seven-year-old. The results are in four languages. Excellent service, highly recommended.

The tests are available to download and print in 5 different languages. The sample collecting person was prompt and lovely. We received a 2 hours slot which made planning our day considerably easier.

First, the staff was super friendly, I highly recommend the service for its customer service in person. But as for the payment process and booking online, there needs to be more clarity. The email for both I and a friend didn't arrive as promised. After payment customers are required to fill out personal information on a form and email back before receiving results. The email simply did not arrive. Even after contacting them in person , the email did not arrive. It wasn't until we showed up in person that the staff at the clinic called for us. You will likely have to call the head office a few times , so have a phone or someone available who speaks Hungarian. The clinic did not print the results for us but they did call the office which was helpful. I do not recommend leaving the clinic until you receive the email, especially if you trust it will arrive before your flight or bus. Maybe they will fix the glitch after reading this review.
