Telefonon nem közölték, hogy több órát kell várni (min. 3-at), míg meg tud vizsgálni a doktor úr, csak amikor 39 fok feletti lázzal odamentem és közölték, hogy hozzám nem megy ki a doktor, mert a betegségem nem indokolja. A hangnem minősíthetetlen a betegekkel szemben. Minden kérdésre flegma, lenéző válasz érkezett. (Főnix felnőtt háziorvosi ügyelet) Undercritical information. Vasárnap tüdőgyulladással felhívtam őket hogy el tudnak-e látni, a válasz igen volt, jöjjek be 8ra. 8ra ott is voltam, azt mondták várni kell az orvosra. 2 órával később megkérdeztem h mikorra várható, az volt a válasz hogy 3-4 óra múlva lehet hogy bejön az orvos. Ez mi? Egy 0-24es ügyeleten hogy eshet meg ilyen? Ha pedig így van akkor 7:30kor miért nem tudták ezt telefonon közölni? Under criticism. Remélem önökhöz se fog kimenni a mentő a legnagyobb bajban se!
