★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem csak az a baj ezzel a tanösvénnyel, hogy nem igazán tartogat izgalmakat a táj, amin végigvezet, hanem hogy az útvonal egyáltalán nincs karbantartva. Az ösvény már a legelején elvész a sűrű bozótosban, majd amikor már kijárt utakon halad sincs az egész tanösvényen egyetlen felfestett jelzés sem. GPS nélkül ne is induljon el senki, mert összesen kettő darab útbaigazító tábla jutott a 6 km-es útra.
A Gira-hegyen épített új kilátóhoz vezető "kilátó tanösvény" meg csak tovább fokozza a zavart azzal, hogy ez sincs egyértelműen és megkülönböztetett módon jelölve.
A túra legjobb része amúgy Felsőregmec felett a kilátás a Zemplén hegyeire.
Not only is there a problem with this trail that the landscape you drive through doesn’t really hold any excitement, but the route isn’t maintained at all. The trail is lost in the dense bush from the very beginning, and when it is already on the roads, there are no painted signs on the entire study trail. Don't let anyone start without a GPS, because there were a total of two waypoints on the 6 km road.
The "lookout trail" leading to the new lookout tower built on Gira Hill only adds to the confusion by the fact that it is not clearly and distinctively marked either.
The best part of the tour is the view over the mountains of Zemplén above Felsőregmec.
