Parkolni lehet autóval is, közvetlen az épület mellett. An interesting little bakery museum with a wonderful spice garden in an idyllic setting where you can drink herbal tea at small tables. You can also park your car right next to the building.

G	György Takács on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az egykori Talabér-Bujtor-Osvald – féle vízimalom teljes mértékben megújul, környezete megszépül, az épületben pedig Pékmúzeum, Festetics Fűszerkert és Herbárium kerül kialakításra. A külső rekonstrukció az épület 18. századi megjelenését idézi alulcsapó vízikerékkel és zsilipekkel. A vízikereket hajtó Malom-patak a János-forráscsoportból ered. A helyi és környékbeli civil szervezetek, egyesületek már a kezdetekben fontosnak érezték a források környezetének rendezését. Helyben a Forrásvíz Természetbarát Egyesület volt az a civil közösség, aki kitakarította, és feltárta a Malom árok eredőjénél a János-forrás helytörténeti szegletét, valamint élővé tette vizét. A diási kutat a helyiek csak „Szentjánoskútként” emlegetik.Az első írásos emlékek a malomról a 16. század közepéről származnak, egészen pontosan 1551-ből, de arról nem maradt fenn információ, hogy ki és mikor építette. A János-forrás mintegy 350 méter hosszú elfolyó árkát kísérő sétányon került kialakításra a Forrás tanösvény, mely 16 táblán mutatja be a helyi növény- és állatvilágot. A sétány a Balatoni Bringakörútra vezeti a látogatókat. The exterior reconstruction evokes the 18th-century appearance of the building with a bottom-tap water wheel and sluices. The Malom stream, which drives the water wheel, comes from the János spring group. From the very beginning, local and surrounding non-governmental organizations and associations felt it was important to regulate the environment of resources. Locally, the Forrásvíz Nature-Friendly Association was the civil society that cleaned and excavated the local history corner of the János spring at the source of the Mill Trench, as well as brought its water to life. The Diás well is only referred to by the locals as “Szentjánoskút.” The first written records of the mill date from the middle of the 16th century, exactly from 1551, but no information has survived as to who built it and when. The Forrás educational trail was built on the promenade accompanying the János spring with a drainage ditch about 350 meters long, which presents the local flora and fauna on 16 boards. The promenade leads visitors to the Balaton Bike Circuit.

A 71-es főúttól csak 50 méterre de mégis mintha leállt volna az idő egy nyugalmas völgyben...Szépen felújított vizimalom, pékmúzeum és hátul tanösvényen sétálhat a tanulni vágyó kiránduló. Érdemes és izgalmas kitérő a forgalmas és unalmas 71-es főúti dugóból... Beautiful, wonderful place. Only 50 meters from the main road 71, but still as if time has stopped in a quiet valley ...
