Mivel most mentem oda először, naivan besétáltam és mivel csak az oldalsó ajtónál láttam embert odamentem (gondolván, hogy az a bejárat), ahol a kolléga közölte, hogy mára már bezártak. Ezzel még nem is lenne olyan nagy gond, de a parkolóban álldogált kb. 6 ember(mint kiderült a személyzet), jól megbámultak, de annyit nem tudtak mondani, hogy bocs mára már bezártunk. Nekem ez távol van az ügyfélbarát magatartástól. I arrived at the store yesterday at 5:45 pm (open until 6pm). Since I was going there for the first time, I walked in naively and since I only saw a man at the side door (thinking it was the entrance) where my colleague said it was closed now. That wouldn't be such a big deal, but he was standing in the parking lot for approx. 6 people (as it turned out the staff) stared well, but all they could say was to apologize by now. For me, this is far from customer-friendly behavior.

Akkumulátort vettem (telefonba 45Ah-t beszéltünk meg, mire az üzletben kézbekaptam 40Ah-s lett belőle...) ami 3 honap után 3 különbözö villamossági szerint 3-4évesnek felelt meg az akksi. Visszamentem, nagynehez rátették a kis kütyüjüket, kinyomtatott egy papirdarabkát és szerintük az teljesen jo akksi, nem cserélik. (csak éppen állóhelyzetben merül/nem képes megtartani az áramot) They take a guarantee before they get out of it. I bought a battery (we talked about 45Ah on the phone, by the time I got it in the store it became 40Ah ...) which after 3 months corresponded to 3-4 years old according to 3 different electrical outlets. I went back, put their little gadget on my big, printed a piece of paper and they think it’s a perfectly good akksi, they don’t replace it. (dives only when stationary / unable to hold power)

E	Ervin Hornyák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leadtam az autó kulcsát, telefonszámmal. A szerelő telefonon adott egy árajánlatot és mivel elfogadtam rövid időn belül megcsinálta az autót. Soha többé nem leszek ilyen könnyelmű, egy első cső és egy flexi cső csere munkadíjjal 35.000 Ft. Azt vélelmezem, hogy ezeket az alkatrészeket, lehet hogy olcsóbban is betudtam volna szerezni. Annak tudom ajánlani, akinél a pénz nem számít. Az autó az ígért időre elkészült. I handed over the car key with a phone number. The mechanic gave me a quote on the phone and since I accepted he did the car in a short time. I will never be so easy again, replacing a front tube and a flexi tube with a fee of HUF 35,000. I assume that I might have been able to get these parts cheaper. I can recommend it to someone for whom money doesn’t matter. The car was completed on time.

Megkérdeztem hogy mi a csere menete és semmi választ nem kaptam! I ordered a part, it arrived soon but it wasn't good. I took a picture of your mistake and emailed the pictures. I asked what the exchange was and I got no response!
