★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szoftverfrissítési hiba miatt benyelte hétvége előtt a kártyám az ATM! Nem kaptam segítséget, csak flegma hozzáállást "ez van, majd 2 hét és postázzák a kártyát, vegyen fel bent pénzt!" Ja, persze pénzfelvétel többletköltséggel a fiókban, fel se ajánlották, hogy ebben az esetben megtérítik! NEM AJÁNLOM!!! Panasz telefonon bejelentve (sietnem kellett, időpontra), ilyen esetben ha önhibánkon kívül nyeli be a kártyát és fel kell venni pénzt, a pénzfelvétel díja kb AZONNAL VISSZAJÁR!!!! Azonnal panaszkönyv!!!! Én várhatok 15 munkanapot az elbírálásra, NONSZENSZ!
 Due to a software update error, I swallowed my card at the ATM before the weekend! I did not get help, just phlegm attitude "this is, then 2 weeks and mail the card, pick up money inside!" Yeah, of course, withdrawing money at extra cost to your account wasn’t even offered to be reimbursed in this case! I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! Complaint announced by phone (I had to hurry, on time), in which case if you swallow the card through no fault of your own and you have to withdraw money, the fee for withdrawing money will be RETURNED IMMEDIATELY !!!! Complaint book immediately !!!! I can wait 15 working days for the assessment, NON-NENSE!
