★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem tudom , hogy butaság vagy az ügyfelek semmibe vétele miatt az OTP nem közli a heti,naponkénti nyitva
tartási időt , csak az aznapit, a székesfehérvári Auchan területén lévő fiókjára vonatkozóan.
 I do not know that due to stupidity or disregard for customers, OTP does not report weekly, daily open
hold time, only that day, for your Auchan branch in Székesfehérvár.

Úgy tűnt senki nem ért ott semmihez, és nem tudják, mi és hogyan működik.
Unfortunately, they managed to spoil our housing savings allocation out of inattention.
No one seemed to understand anything there and didn’t know what and how it worked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felújítás miatt zárva, amit természetesen 2020-ban nehéz feltüntetni a neten. Az alternatív helyet, ahova elméletileg költöztek bár megtalálható, de nincs kitáblázva és hiába nyitvatartási időben mentünk, teleken a kapu zárva volt, csengőre senki nem reagált, jelzés vagy kiírás, hogy zárva lennének sehol, a világítás benn égett, így gyanítom csak nem érdekelte őket, hogy ügyfeleket fogadjanak. Többen álltunk sorban, egy másik ügyfél a központi számot hívva próbálta jelezni a problémát. Nem tudom mi lett a vége mivel 20 perc semmi után eljöttünk. Ez a kis élmény és anekdota tökéletes bemutatója, hogy az OTP milyen szinten köp a saját ügyfeleire. Az ország legszutyokabb bankja.
Closed due to renovations, which of course is difficult to put on the net in 2020. The alternative place where they theoretically moved though can be found but is not tabulated and in vain we went during opening hours, in winter the gate was closed, no one responded to the bell, signal or sign that they were closed anywhere, the lights were on so to receive customers. Several of us lined up, another customer calling the central number trying to signal the problem. I don't know what's over since we came after 20 minutes. This little experience and anecdote is a perfect demonstration of how OTP spit on its own customers. The country's busiest bank.

1.5 órája várok pénztárra!! ?
Állítólag volt a sorszámom..(sztem nem) de az hogy előre hívjanak “gesztus értékkel” az nem történt meg.
Túlterhelt bankfiók, kerüld ha tudod.

I supposedly had a serial number .. (no stem) but to call it ahead with a “gesture value” didn’t happen.
Overcrowded bank branch, avoid it if you can.
