J	Jaszlits Christopher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Több óràs vàrakozàsi idő még akkor is ha kevesen vannak. A vezetés és alkalmazottak ki be jàrkàlnak a bankfiókból és privàt ügyeiket intézik. Ha végre sorra kerül az ember akkor sem tud semmit intézni mert teljesen szakképzetlen az összes alkalmazott. Remélem valakihez eljut ez a sok negatív visszajelzés és lesz vàltozàs ugyanis ennek a Bankfióknak a létezése értelmetlen. Példa: 13:30 kor húztam sorszàmot. 14.30 kor kerültem sorra és az ügyintéző nem volt hajlandó szàmlàt nyitni mert 15.00 kor zàrnak. Ez egy a sok rossz élmény közül Senkinek nem ajànlom Waiting time of several hours even if there are few. Management and employees log out of the bank branch and handle their private affairs. When it is finally your turn to do anything, you cannot do anything because all the employees are completely unskilled. I hope that these many negative feedbacks will reach someone and that the existence of this Bank Branch will be meaningless. Example: At 13:30 I drew a serial number. I was at 14.30 and the clerk refused to open an account because it would close at 15.00. This is one of many bad experiences I don't recommend it to anyone
A	Anita Sin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy alkalmazott vegzi a befizetéseket, holott majdnem minden ügyfél arra vár, így nagyon lassan halad. Sokan feladják, én is távoztam már párszor! Az autómata délelõtt nincs feltöltve, viszont a kasszában nem tudok bankkártyával fizetni! A parkolás jó, ezért mentem oda gyakran, de a hosszú várakozást nem múlja felül. An employee makes payments even though almost every customer is waiting for it, so it moves very slowly. Many give up, I left too already a few times! The vending machine is not topped up in the morning, but I can't pay with a credit card at the checkout! Parking is good, so I went there often, but the long wait didn’t exceed it.

Pár ügyfél volt csak a bankban, hosszú ideig vártam mire sorra kerültem. 3 kollégával kellett beszélnem és össze-vissza mászkálnom mire végeztünk. Ja és a 2 kolléga között én adtam át az üzenet, hogy az előző mint rontott el. Megvárakoztattak és postagalambnak használtak. Nem volt jó ügyfélélmény. A kp befizetős ATM viszont jó I canceled my bank account. There were only a few customers at the bank, I waited a long time for it to be my turn. I had to talk to 3 colleagues and walk back and forth by the time we were done. Oh and between the 2 colleagues I passed the message to the previous one as spoiled. They waited and used it as a carrier pigeon. It was not a good customer experience. The kp deposit ATM, on the other hand, is good
B	Balázs Birkás on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Borzalmas csak egy befizető ablak van nyitva. Több mint 1 órát vártam mire sorra kerültem. Only one deposit window is open. I waited more than 1 hour before it was my turn.
R	Rába Bea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Borzalmasan lassúak ! Azt, elfelejtik, az ügyfél pénzéből fizetik őket. Adjuk meg a tiszteletet ? Fordítva igaz !!!! They are terribly slow! They forget they are paid with the customer's money. Give respect? The reverse is true !!!!
N	Nagy Richárd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tragikusan nem ügyfélbarát nyitvatartás az egész városban. 14 óra után nincs ki/be fizetési pénztár. 2 órával az amúgy is nem a dolgozó ügyfelekhez igazított nyitvatartási idő. Nevetséges. Szánalmas. 2022. 06. 01. Tragically not customer friendly opening hours throughout the city. After 14 hours there is no checkout. 2 hours is the opening time not adapted to working customers anyway. Ridiculous. Pathetic. 01/06/2022

N	Nmth Balázs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you work it's probably impossible to actually get here while it's open The service is slow there is always at least 4 workers sitting two of those works the other two just waits for God or I don't know and when I say I want to get my money of from my card they tell me that it has a service fee and they can't do that even a dog could understand what you say why can't these money hungry people do the same? You can't give me 20000 forint just because there is a 10 forint fee? (Actually the third time I told them what I want they stopped trying to get me to leave) it was a hard time there
