I've been waiting more than 30 minutes for foreign exchange without assistance even though I had a order number. ( it should be noted that there was only one person in line in front of me when I arrived).They assisted all customers who came after, totally ignoring me. Even when I tried to ask what's going on, I was told to keep waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience. I came for appointment 5 minutes earlier so I won’t miss it. I have waited more than half hour, but they still didn’t call my number. I have noticed that people who came after me, got their number called earlier than mine. This is not how you should treat customers, playing with their time. If you have other option, DON’T CHOOSE OTP!
