★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin seit 10 Jahren Kundin dieser Bank. Es gibt Tage, da ist der Kundendienst sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und es gibt Tage, wo ich mir überlege, meine Konten aufzulösen und mein Kapital bei einer anderen Bank zu deponieren. Die Touristensaison hat keinen Einfluss. Wenn ich nach 10 Jahren eine Bilanz ziehe, dann kann ich gesamthaft nur 3 Sterne abgeben.
I have been a customer of this bank for 10 years. There are days when customer service is very good. The staff are friendly and helpful. And there are days when I consider closing my accounts and depositing my capital with another bank. The tourist season has no influence. If I take stock after 10 years, I can only give it 3 stars in total.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ez a bank az utolsó bolt. Mindig zsúfolt. Mindig sokáig vársz. Akár 1 óra vagy tovább!!! A bank tele van ügyfelekkel, és csak 2 pult van nyitva. Az alkalmazottak a többi pultnál ülnek, de senki sem szolgál ki. Már 3x jártam ott tisztázni valamit a kártyámmal kapcsolatban, hogy egyszerűen nem tudják behozni a sorba. Fél óra után 3-szor indultam el. Amikor ma széket kértem lábprobléma miatt, nem adtak! Minden koca alatt!
This bank is the last store. It's always crowded. You always wait a long time. Up to 1 hour or more !!! The bank is full of customers and only 2 counters are open. Employees sit at the other counters, but no one serves. I’ve been there 3 times already to clarify something about my card that they just can’t bring in the queue. I left 3 times after half an hour. When I asked for a chair today because of a foot problem, they didn’t give it! Under every sow!
