★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Várakozni kell akkor is, ha csak egy-két ügyfél szeretne ügyet intézni! Sajnos nem lett jobb az átalakítás után sem az ügyfelek kiszolgálásának minősége!

Akárhányszor visszamegyek mindig kiderül, hogy még más dolog is szükséges a papírjaimhoz ezért elkdülenek hogy következő alkalommal szerezzem be vagy töltsem ki a hiányzó adatokat.
Amikor meg várnak egy papírra tőlem, nem szólnak csak ülnek felette.

Every time I go back, it always turns out that there are still other things I need for my papers, so the next time I get the information I need or fill in.
When they wait for me on a paper, they don't just say sit over it.

Ha időpontra megy az ember akkor is minimum 1 órát kell várni.
Nem értenek ahoz amit csinálnak.
Kritikán aluli ez a bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mindig mást mondanak, és más dokumentumokat kérnek, ugyan azon az ügy kapcsán az ügyintézők. Egy központi tréning jó lenne nekik, hogy ne mondjon mindenki mást. Lassan egyiknek se hiszek el semmit, inkább utána nézek az interneten is. Csak akkor nem tudom miért ülnek ott... (Tisztelet a kivételnek)
Ui: azonban sajnos más otpkben is ezeket tapasztaltam... :(
They always say different things and ask for other documents, but the clerks are on the same matter. A central training would be good for them not to tell everyone else. Slowly, I don’t believe anything, neither do I look for it on the internet. Only then I don't know why they sit there ... (Respect for the exception)
Ui: but unfortunately I have experienced these in other otpks as well ... :(

Just to share the positive thing, I was in line for 5 minutes, 30 seconds today and everything was sorted out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miért irják ki a nyitvatartási időt, ha nem foglalkoznak az ügyfelekkel. Mindegyik ügyintéző a saját dolgával foglalkozik. Miért nem ügyfélfogadási időn kívűl csinálják azt, akkor nem rabolnák az ügyfelek idejét
Why write out opening hours when not dealing with customers. Each clerk deals with their own business. Why not do it outside of reception hours would not rob customers of their time
