További sok elégedett ügyfelet kívánok és ezúton is köszönöm a sok segítséget, valamint az egész ügymenet alatt - sőt azt követően is(!) - tanúsított rendkívül magas szakmai színvonalat!
 Very kind, polite and fast, helpful team, super administration, flexible attitude, everything went smoothly, although the need and situation was not easy. But they solved it! I wish many more satisfied clients and thank you again for all the help and for the extremely high level of professionalism during and after the whole process (!)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bejárattól balra lévő sarokban egy arrogáns, nagydarab alkalmazott téves tájékoztatást adott, sőt, kértem tőle segítséget (időpontra mentem). Jogosan felvehető megtakarított pénzemet nem engedte felvenni. Átmentem 500 méterrel arrébb, ahol időpont kekeckedés nélkül, 10 perc alatt hozzájutottam a pénzemhez, ez a Nagy Lajos király úton van. Az ottani ügyintéző nem is értette, hogy miért volt velem ilyen szakmaiatlan a kollégája.
Az ilyen alkalmazottak hoznak szégyent egy patinás bankra.
A kis hölgynek viszont hálás vagyok a korrent ügyintézésért, lojalitását bizonyítja, hogy nem árulta el, hogyan tehetek panaszt a kollégájára.

I crossed 500 meters away, where I got my money in 10 minutes without a hitch, this is King Louis the Great on the road. The clerk there didn't even understand why his colleague was so unprofessional with me.
Such employees bring shame to a patinated bank.
The little lady, on the other hand, is grateful for the administration of the corrections, proving her loyalty by not telling me how to complain to her colleague.

He went and sat on the chair finish his work and leaving........... And we still waiting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spend hours in these bank. Firstly I open bank account for my company here, but after year I decide to close my account. It was 2 years ago. And last 2 years I am trying to get balance statement from
My old account. I visited 5 different Otp brunch’s, everybody was forwarding me to another. Totally I spend more than 72 hours waiting in lines and every time manages find new reason why I cant get my documents. I have been in many countries and seen a lot of bank. This is worsts bank I meet in my life.
