Horrible! Everyone's going to go into another OTP. The whole service, management is scandalous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az ügyfélszolgálat hozzánk sem szól. Egyedüli ügyfélként várakozrunk úgy, hogy négy munkapult is üresen állt. Meguntuk és elmentünk. Nem ajánlom.
Customer service is not for us either. As a single customer, we expect four desks to be empty. We got bored and left. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Borzasztóan lassúak ,kényelmesek, unottak minden egyes alkalommal. Bármennyire kevesen is vannak a ügyfelek min. várakozás 30 perc.
They are terribly slow, comfortable, bored every single time. No matter how few customers there are min. waiting 30 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katasztrófa a pénztárhoz 30 perc várakozás után sem kerültem sorra így inkább át mentem Veszprémbe ahol 3 perc alatt végeztem.
I didn't have a catastrophe after waiting for 30 minutes, so I moved to Veszprém, where I finished in 3 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senki nem dolgozik, üres az egész kicseszett bankfiók szinte, négy szabad ügyintéző van, de egyik sem képes egy egyszerű pénztári szolgáltatást elintézni. Nevetséges, hogy 20 perce várok ezért.
No one is working, the whole cramped branch is almost empty, there are four free clerks, but none of them can handle a simple checkout service. It's ridiculous to wait 20 minutes for this.
