Ügylet során egyesével kér be dokumentumokat, olyat is, ami nem szükséges a folyósításhoz, ezzel hátráltatva az ügylet lezárását, kockáztatva, hogy rendelkezésre tartási időből kifutunk. Kivitelezővel egyeztetni sem hajlandó.
