A	Agnes M. W. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatalmas kezelési költség. Két hónapra 5240 Ft-ot vontak le egy ingyenes számlára, miközben semmilyen tranzakció nem történt, se kifizetés se befizetés. Semmiféle írott szerződést nem adnak a levonásokra. A számla megszüntetését pedig hónapokig elhúzzák, miközben a kezelési költséget folyamatosan vonják. Fizettem a bankkártyáért 2577 Ft-ot (postai díjjal együtt) amit nem küldtek el (a budapesti központot kellett hívnom hogy ezt megtudjam), de a 2577 Ft-ot nem adták vissza !!! In English: Huge service charge !!! For two months, they deducted 5240 Ft for a free account (there was no transaction at all). No written contract for the bank deductions !!! The account cancelation is very difficult and can take several months while they keep charging you !!! I paid for an ATM card 2577 Ft (including mailing), but they never mailed it (I had to call the Headquarter in Budapest to find out what happened with the card), but they never refunded the 2577 Ft. Huge handling cost. For two months, a HUF 5240 was deducted into a free account, while no transactions were made, no payment or payment. No written contract is given for deductions. The bill is canceled for months, while handling costs are continually withdrawn. I paid 2577 HUF for the bankcard (including the postage fee) which was not sent (I had to call the Budapest center to find out) but the 2577 HUF was not returned !!! Kb 1 óra ügyintézést követően közölték, hogy egyelőre nem tudják végig vinni a folyamatot, mert a rendszer nem engedi, így következő munkanap menjek vissza időpontra. Reggel 8-ra kaptam időpontot az ügyintézőtől, majd mikor másnap bementem a bankba, és kerestem volna a hölgyet, a kolleganője jelezte, hogy biztosan tévedés lehet, mert az adott ügyintéző csak 9 órától dolgozik, rosszul emlékszem az időpontra. Miután megnézettem velük a naptárat, valóban reggel 8 órára voltam beírva. Hozzáteszem, azért kértem időpontot, mert 31 hetes cukorbeteg terhes vagyok, és nagyon nem mindegy, hogy mennyit kell várakoznom. 50 perc után végül az egyik kolleganő hajlandó volt foglalkozni velem. In the morning I got a date from the clerk 8, and when I went to the bank the next day and I was looking for the lady, my colleague indicated that it could be a mistake, because the clerk worked only 9 o'clock, I remember the date badly. After I checked the calendar with them, I was actually typed in at 8 am. I add that I asked for a date because I am a 31 week diabetic and it doesn't matter how much I have to wait. After 50 minutes, one of the colleagues was willing to deal with me.

Aki profi módon, gyorsan és kedvesen, mindenre kiterjedő módon intézte az ügyet. Bárcsak minden OTP-s munkatárs ilyen lenne. Köszönjük! On March 7, 2022, we visited the OTP branch in Mezőkövesd. E	Erika Horváth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eddigi legjobb OTP bank fiók, ahol ügyet kelett intéznem. Ha személyesen kell valamit elinteznem biztos oda megyek. Mindig segítőkészek voltak, ha valamit nem engedett a rendszer azt értelmesen el is magyarázták miért. Igaz néha sokat kell várni, de mindig dolgoznak, foglalkoznak egy ügyféllel, vagy épp papíroznak. Nem trécselnek, meg mászkálgatnak. ? The best OTP bank branch so far, where I have to deal with a case. If I have to do something in person, I'm sure I'll go there. They were always helpful, if something was not allowed the system would explain it meaningfully. True, sometimes you have to wait a long time, but they always work, deal with a client, or just do paperwork. They are not trampled or crawled. ?
