Lobby (with ATM) is a bit dirty neglected. On the other hand, average OTP.

The waiting time is very long, there are few clerks, there is no vending machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nincs pénztár. Ami bosszantó kivárni, h ha mindenki hitelt vagy egyébb hosszú folyamatot intéz :( Egyébként kedves ügyintézők vannak :)
No checkout. Which is annoying to wait, if everyone takes credit or takes a long process :( Anyway, there are nice clerks :)

glad to have a lot to look forward to, personally too, but it is almost impossible to reach you by phone! Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nekem eddig mindig kedves ügyfélszolgálatost sikerült kifogni, aránylag gyorsak is. Viszont segélykor/nyugdíjkor felejtsd el!!! Akkor még bejutni is nehézkes, nem hogy kivárni :D
So far I have always managed to catch a nice customer service, they are also relatively fast. But at the time of assistance / retirement, forget it !!! Then even getting in is difficult, not to wait: D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Igazán jól jönne egy Ki-be fizető automata,mint például Mezőberényben,mert sokan járnak csak pénzt befizetni....
Talán így gyorsabban haladna az ügyintézés is....
It would be really nice to have a pay-in machine, such as in Mezőberény, because many people only go to deposit money ....
Maybe this would make the administration faster ....
