Az ajtoban meteres sorok, idos neni meg is kerdezte: "Hova, Hova?" Mondtam kedvesen, idoponttal rendelkezem. 25 percet varakoztam, mire egy holgy odalepett egy utanam erkezett urhoz, hogy milyen regota var mar, milyen szammal erkezett, mit intezne, majd behivtak az ur szamat 904-es szammal. En a 903-as szammal meg turelmesen ucsorgok, 20 perccel az idopontom utan. Ezutan mar megkerdeztem en is, hogy engem mikor fognak hivni, majd a kedves ugyintezo holgy mondta, hogy biztosan azert nem hivtak meg, mert specialis az intezendo dolgom, es csak adott kollegina tud vele foglalkozni. Majd behivtak egy olyan kolleganohoz, aki azota, hogy bent ultem a bankban, mar a negyedik ugyfelen volt tul... Azok az ugyfelek nem idopontra erkeztek. Nagyon fel vagyok bosszantva, mert az ember ebben az idoszakban azert ker idopontot, hogy minel kevesebb idot toltson a bankban, megis ha nem kertem volna idopontot, hamarabb sorra kerultem volna. Komplett fejetlenseg... In the Covid period, I arrived on time, 5 minutes before the issued time, for a simple 3 minute level (SzEP card required). Meter lines in the doorway, elderly neni even asked, "Where, Where?" I said kindly, I have a date. I waited 25 minutes before a holly walked over to a lord who arrived after me, what regota he was waiting for, what number he had arrived, what he would do, and then they called my ur number with 904. With this number 903, I squirm, 20 minutes after my time. After that, I asked him when they would be called, and then the kind leveler said that they were definitely not invited, because my special task is special, and only a given colleague can deal with it. Then I was called to a colleague who, after being inside the bank, was already on the fourth client ... Those clients didn't arrive on time. I am very annoyed because one is looking for a time during this period to spend as little time in the bank as possible, yet if I had not set a time, I would have been in line sooner. Complete headlessness ...

Ha más így áll a munkájához, megköszönik neki és viszlát, itt meg????? I see 9 employees talking, coming and going from one of the windows and the customer will be waiting here for 1 hour… .shame and shame !!!! K	Katalin Kiss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ennel lassabb bankfiokot meg az eletemben nem lattam! Egy penzfelvetelhez 1-1.5 oraval erdemes szamolni. Mar vagy tizszer fordult elo, konstans problemarol van szo. Egyeb ugyeket pedig egyszeruen keptelenek elintezni (ld bankkartya igenyles)… A penzfelvetel, mint banki alapfunkcio egyebkent roviditett uzemidoben elerheto, alkalmankent egyetlen ablak sem tudja ellatni ezt a funkciot, mas ugyeket inteznek… Erdemes hideg elelemmel, vernyomascsokkentovel erkezni… I haven't seen slower bankers in my life! For a collection of money, it is worth counting with 1-1.5 hours. It has happened a lot or ten times, there is a constant problem. Other ones are easy to use (see bank card required) It is worth coming with a cold battery, pressure reducer…

Plusz segítséget is kaptam az új mobilapplikációval kapcsolatban. Hálás köszönet érte. My case was handled extremely kindly and quickly, although I arrived a quarter of an hour before closing on Friday. I also got extra help with the new mobile app. Thank you for that.
