Fiatal szoke szemuveges ugyintezo holgy levetetette edesapamrol a maszkot majd leultette magaval szemben kb 1 meteres tavolsagban. Amikor ezt eszrevettem es szoltam neki hogy nem egyezek ebbe bele, a szabalyzatra hivatkozva tavozasra szolitott fel arogans hangon! Masik OTP fiokba kellett atmennunk ahol szivelyesen kedvesen es maszkban lehetett ugyintezni. Felhaborito es felelotlen magatartast tanusitott ez az iskola utcai fiok! Raadasul a holgy aki ilyen felelotlenul viselkedett az nem mas mint a fiokvezeto. Nagyon szomoru! Given the current situation, there is no such boy! We were served by an employee named Futaki Gergo, who was sitting at the checkout number 7. We exchanged currency. After the currency exchange, we gave the employee another 20 euros, and asked to exchange them for small euro bills. Futaki Gergo gave us coins. When we walked a couple of steps away from his cash register, we noticed that instead of euro coins, he gave us forint coins (500 forints). We went back and told him he was wrong. Then Futaki Gergo took our coins and gave one bill of 500 forints (which in euros would be 1.37 euros). The employee denied that we had given him 20 euros. We demanded to view the security cameras. Futaki Gergo reported the situation to his colleague, and she began to count the money at his box office. After that, Futaki Gergo began writing statements about the incident, which, he said, would make it possible to view CCTV cameras. We were required to sign this statement. But the information presented in it did not correspond to reality. The bank refused to call the police, we were not allowed to view the cameras. This is not a normal situation for a state bank. Hopefully the organization will take the necessary steps to deal with similar situations and workers like Futaki Gergo.
