Foglalt időpontra nem jelenik meg az ügyintèző, nem adja át a foglalt időpontjait másnak, segítsèget kèrni nem lehet, mert azonnal elküldenek, hogy majd sorra kerülnek. Ennyit a foglalt időpont előnyeiről ès az itteni fiókról. The way they treat customers is catastrophic. A sorszám automata menüjére rányomok, és kiírja hogy ezt a szolgáltatást jelenleg nem lehet igénybe venni, a tájékoztatót a bejárati ajtón találom. Az ajtón csak a maszkviselés szabályairól van tájékoztató. Gondoltam, mivel minden pultnál volt ügyfél csak ideiglenesen nem lehet pénzt befizetni. Nem így volt, mert minden más menüpont működött. 17:50-kor eljöttem befizetés nélkül. Másfél órával a zárás előtt miért nem lehet pénzt befizetni? Lehet hogy egész nap nem lehet? V	Viktoria Lazar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reggel 10:24 kor érkeztem és húztam sorszámot és 11:24 kor még nem hívtak be az egyik legrosszabb bank fiók ami létezik!!!! Mindig lassú, a vezető kifogása is csak annyi volt hogy hát amit húztam az elég specifikus és kb leszarta a problémát Mivel 3/4 óra után vezetőt hívtam! Ennél rosszabb ügyintézés még nem történt velem sehol. Az árkádba új csapat új vezetőség kellene, hisz azokból az emberekből kapják a fizetést akik itt tartják a pénzük!!!! Ha a betérő ügyfél nem szólítja meg őket, ők ülnek a széken és sutyorognak, grimaszolnak. Rettentő. A fiókban sokat kell várni, de az ügyintézés gyors,az ügyintéző kedves.
A	Antal Nemeth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Állampapírt szerettem volna jegyeztetni, mert bár keveset hoz, de kis kockázatú, de rendületlenül lebeszélt róla a kedves hölgy, és a sokadik nyomásra sajnos meggondoltam magam és a pénzem egy részét az általa javasolt portfólióba tettem, ami már majdnem 100 ezer forint mínuszba fáj, míg az állampapír legalább pici pluszt hoz. Undorító az is, hogy a 3 éves kislányommal voltam, és rá való tekintet nélkül (mondtam, hogy szeretném gyorsan letudni) a kedves hölgy mindenféle "nagyon jövedelmező" opciókról tart kiselőadást, miközben én már egy konkrét, biztos ötlettel mentem oda. Szegény kislányom már ott sírt meg nyűglődött, hogy menni szeretne, de a hölgy még további kihagyhatatlan, hatalmas hozamú befektetést ecsetel. Tanácsom másoknak: ne hagyják magukat befolyásolni, mondják meg, hogy "az én pénzem, én már eldöntöttem, ne okoskodjanak nekem", mert pórul jár! She was rude, and got angry when I couldn’t hear her speak the first time (we are wearing masks, it’s difficult to understand each other this way at times). Eventually we managed to ‘fix’ the issue, but her rude manner and her getting angry at me when I tried to stay calm during a situation that wasn’t my fault to begin with is saddening. I hope I will not go to her again if I have any sort of issue.
