J	József Dani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az általuk delegált ügynökkel egyeztetve minden dokut beszereztünk a hitel igényléshez. Időpontra mentünk, 30 percet vártunk hogy sorra kerüljünk. Kisgyerek volt nálunk a feleségem sétállgatott volna vele, de közölték hogy azt nem lehet, végig ott kell lennie és 1,5 órát fog tartani. 10 perc molyolás után kiderül hogy egy doku nem jó. Lótás futás majd vissza. Megint várunk, sorra kerülünk, majd kiderül, hogy még valami hiányzik. Mi tart 1,5 órát az adataink rögzítésén? Amig felgépeli az igazolványaink adatait, miért nem lehet sétálni a babával? Miért nem lehet egy menetben megnézni minden doku rendben van e? Ha hiányzik valami miért nem lehet a többi dolgot megcsinálni és később a hiányt pótolni? Rugalmatlan, barátságtalan. Egyszerű, gyors megoldás nincs, csak azt szajkózzák hogyan nem lehet megcsinálni. Köszönöm hogy rabolhattuk egymás idejét, harmadszorra nem megyek vissza. Megyek oda ahol meg tudják csinálni, mert meg akarják. Azt megértem, hogy szabadsagolasok is vannak, meg kell is, de ez nehezen is, de megoldhato.A számok világosan és megfelelő hanggal is megjelennek. Tiszta a belső terem, azért megfelelő az ulohely, de ma nagyon sokan voltak. A világítás jó, a legkondi is működik. A kiszolgáló személyzet udvarias, ertik a dolgukat. Legutóbb én is 71 kerek percet vártam, miközben alig voltak ügyfelek/ügyfélszolgálatosok. Jól megbeszélték a bankosok a dolgaikat, és kb mindenkit elénk engedtek. Nem azt mondom, hogy ez egy rossz bank, hanem azt, hogy nem az ügyfél itt a fontos. Basically good administration. Already if it's someone's turn.
