A legdrágább szolgáltatók között van a szektorban, ennek ellenére kritikán aluli a kiszolgálás és minden ügyintézés tovább tart, mint más bankoknál. Csak azért van még piacon, mert rengeteg idős ember nem mer bankot váltani a bonyolult ügyintézés miatt. Az internetbank felületük szintén nagyon nehézkes, de cserébe legalább fizetős. Remélem soha többé nem kell betennem a lábam hozzájuk. The whole OTP group is a joke. It is among the most expensive providers in the sector, yet the service is under criticism and all the administration takes longer than at other banks. It’s still on the market just because a lot of seniors don’t dare switch banks because of the complicated administration. Their internet banking interface is also very cumbersome, but in return at least paid. I hope I never have to put my feet in them again.
E	Era Fűriné Sz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kb. 30-40 éve vagyok a pénzintéznél, de egyre silányabb a szolgáltatás..persze csillagászati áron. Azzal, hogy nem az én hibámból a fő fiókban, a kártyámat beveszi a gép.. majd műszaki hiba miatt újra indul az ATM.. és a kártya bent reked, majd hosszú telefonos, majd ügyintézős idő után, még az az eljárás, hogy ha erre jár a szervíz kiveszik, felviszik Budapestre, majd ők nem értesítenek..majd érdeklődjek kb. 2 hét múlva.. talán visszakapom a kártyám. Komolyan kérdezem... mindezt a 21. Században, sok pénzért? Ha gyalog mennék is hamarabb intézném.. Nagy nulla a szolgáltatás...? I have been with the financial institution for about 30-40 years, but the service is getting poorer..of course at an astronomical price. By not making my mistake in the main account, my card will be taken by the machine .. then the ATM will restart due to a technical error and the card will be stuck inside, then after a long telephone and then administrative time, even the procedure is that if this is what the service takes out, they take me to Budapest, and then they don't notify me..then I'm interested approx. In 2 weeks .. maybe I'll get my card back. I'm seriously asking ... all this in the 21st Century, for a lot of money? If I went on foot I would arrange it sooner .. The service is big zero ... ?
