Csütörtökön 15:30-kor sorra kerülve megbeszélem az OTP munkatárssal, hogy számlanyitáshoz késő van, ezért holnap, azaz pénteken nyitáskor időponttal várnak.. Péntek reggel befáradok (nem a 20 km távolság miatt), de az ügyintézést megkezdve, negyed óra után közlik, az irataim lefénymásolása után, hogy a rendszer összeomlott (hozzáértés, megoldóképesség nulla), ezért ha van elintézni valóm.. Nem volt, így megbeszéltük, hogy telefonon értesítenek, a szálma elkészüléséhez szükséges aláírás miatti befáradáshoz (idő, energia, pénz).. Hétfő délután 16 óra van, péntek 3/4 9 óta "összeomlott" rendszerrel dolgoznak.. Ennyire számít az ügyfél.. A másik amikor a Keszthelyen található fiók, külföldi tartózkodásom alatt átrakott egy kb 2500 Ft-os havi csomagra.. Innentől az OTP fiókot egyáltalan nem ajánlom senkinek sem! De.. Sok sikert a jövőben ehhez a "munkához".. Unfortunately 0 is not there, though I'd prefer it .. Wieder eine Nummer gezogen , auf deutsch , wieder ewig gewartet , obwohl bank komplett leer , nichts passiert , auf Nachfrage nur Schulterzucken ! Zum zweiten mal die Bank nach einer Stunde warten verlassen ohne aufgerufen zu werden ! Das ist null Kundenfreundlich und in der heutigen Zeit ein no Go !! Hauptsache die buchen für alles schön Gebühren ohne Gegenleistung ! Werden die Bank wechseln . Können die Bank nicht empfehlen ! Schade Now went to the bank for the second time on the same matter. A hölgy semmilyen okmányt nem kért tőlem, igazából bárki alá írhatta volna helyettem. Hónap közepén kaptam egy e-mailt a szervezettől, ahová be kellett volna érkeznie a papírjaimnak, de ez nem történt meg. Mint kiderült, a papírok egyik fele nálam pihent a polcon, ugyanis a hölgy visszaadta nekem, amit el kellett volna küldenie. Így a 2 hetes ügyintézésből nem lett semmi, itt vagyunk hónap végén, és saját költségen nekem kell feladni postán a nem elküldött papírokat... I give 3 stars for kindness, but on the other hand I wouldn’t really give more. Earlier this month, I brought in a certain paper that I had to sign. The lady didn't ask me for any documents, in fact, anyone could have signed it for me. I got an email from the organization in the middle of the month where my papers should have arrived, but that didn’t happen. As it turned out, one half of the papers rested on the shelf with me because the lady had given me back what she should have sent. So the 2 weeks of administration didn't become anything, we are here at the end of the month, and at my own expense I have to mail the unsent papers ...
S	Salty Goose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist ausgesprochen schade, dass das Wartemanagement so schlecht funktioniert, jedenfalls für deutsche. Am Eingang zieht man sich eine Marke, auf der eine Nummer steht. Wenn man auf die deutsche Flagge drückt, hat man keine weiteren wahlmöglichkeiten. Dies führt dann dazu, dass man Ströme von Kunden an sich vorbei ziehen sieht, die abgearbeitet werden während man selber stundenlang wartet. In meinen Augen ist die rassistisch, deutschenfeindlich und ungerecht. Möglicherweise spielt noch eine gewisse Portion Postsozialismus eine Rolle. Hinzu kommen die happigen Gebühren für jede Transaktion und ein sehr schlecht funktionierendes Banking Programm. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen. M	Mario Lux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser zweiter Termin bei der OTP Bank. Etwas Wartezeit trotz E- Mailreservierung aus Deutschland, aber kein Problem. Wichtig war die Verständigung auf deutsch. Das hat sehr gut geklappt. Auch waren die beim ersten Termin besprochenen Unterlagen vor Ort. Alles Bestens. Wir haben die OTP Bank als unsere ungarische Hausbank gewählt und fühlen uns dort gut beraten. Ja, es fallen Gebühren an, dass ist auch richtig so, denn Dienstleistung und Service sind uns sehr wichtig. VG Mario und Claudia Our second appointment at OTP Bank. Deshalb muss ggf. mit Wartezeiten gerechnet werden. We opened three accounts there with a German-speaking and competent advisor. The bank is well frequented at times. S	Steve G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I've gone into OTP Marcali if this was a shop it would have shut down years ago. Time just stands still, no one seems to mind, the customers the bank staff are frozen in time. The lack of efficiency is beyond belief and so out dated I'm surprised people still use it. I want to see my money, but can't get to a till. I may take a packed meal with me and a pillow perhaps someone will see me then.
