★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lekezelően bánnak az emberekkel, húzzák az időt, az ember meg 2 óra hosszát ül ott egy 20perces dologért (más bankfiókból tapasztaltan tudom ezt mondani).
Megbeszélik ki mit fog főzni délután, amíg az ügyfelek ott várnak és azzal foglalkoznak, hogy ki miért veszi fel a hitelt.
Azért adok egy csillagot, mert nullát nem lehet:)
They treat people playfully, they drag the time, and the person sits there for 2 hours for a 20-minute thing (I can say this from another bank branch).
They discuss who will cook in the afternoon while customers wait there and deal with who is taking out the loan.
I give it a star because it can't be zero :)
