★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Számlát megszüntetni szinte lehetetlen, időpontokat akarnak adni különböző napokra mindenféle dologra hivatkozva. Miközben sikerült kiharcolnom egy ügyintézőt és sokadjára várakoztam , az ugyintéző hölgy a szemelyes dolgait intézte telefonon. Nem gondolnám, hogy ez munkaidőben megengedhető, főleg ha ügyfelek várnak. Valamint ügyfél nélküli asztalok is vannak, mint a képen is látszik az ügyintéző nagyon unatkozik.

Időpontra érkeztem (volna), 1 héttel előtte le is volt foglalva,majd közöltek menjek vissza fél óra múlva mert nem érnek rá. Vicc...
It is almost impossible to cancel an account, they want to give dates for different days, referring to all kinds of things. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hiába van ügyintéző minden asztalnál van 2, aki fogadja az ügyfeleket, a többi passz. A várakozási idő hosszú, pedig lenne még, aki fogadja a többi embert. Az ember egy egyszerű befizetést sem tud elintézni 1 óra alatt.
In vain there is an clerk at each table, there are 2 who accept the customers, the other passes. The waiting time is long, though there would still be someone to receive the other people. One cannot make a simple payment in 1 hour.
