 Very beautiful inside of the building, with Baroque and Art Nouveau style elements. The elevator is wood-paneled, mirrored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 éve vásároltunk a vállalat által a 2000-es évek elején építtetett belvárosi társasházban egy lakást. Jól érezzük itt magunkat, de azért felbukkant néhány hiba az itt töltött évek során:
- A műanyag nyílászárós lakás szellőzése nincs rendesen megoldva, ezért újra és újra megjelenik a penész.
- Van egy L alakú ablak, ami mellett a falban hőhíd keletkezett, itt különösen erős tud lenni a penészedés.
- Az utcafronti ablakoknál semmilyen erőfeszítést nem tettek a hangszigetelés javítása érdekében.
- Beépítettek egy olyan nagy ablakot, amely az ablak javítással foglalkozó cégek szerint méretei miatt javíthatatlan, így a megereszkedését csak cserével lehet orvosolni.
We bought an apartment in a downtown condominium built by the company in the early 2000s 5 years ago. We are having a good time here, but there have been some mistakes over the years:
- The ventilation of the apartment with plastic doors and windows is not properly solved, so the mold appears again and again.
- There is an L-shaped window next to which a thermal bridge has formed in the wall, mold can be especially strong here.
- No efforts have been made to improve sound insulation on street front windows.
- A large window has been installed which, according to the window repair companies, cannot be repaired due to its size, so its sag can only be remedied by replacement.
