★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha egy cég kókler csalókat alkalmaz, majd panasztétel után képes visszaírni, hogy én kapcsolatban sem álltam az ügynökükkel, hiszen semmi köze nem volt az adott ingatlanhoz, majd a levél második felében közlik, hogy mégis felhívták a figyelmét az elkövetett szabálytalanságokra, akkor az a cég egyszerűen nem megbízható.
Az ingatlanos (Ivádi Zoltánné) el sem jött a megtekintésre, nem közölte, hogy alá kell írnunk a megtekintésről szóló iratot. Szóban felvette a vételi ajánlatunk, de nem közölte, hogy írásban is meg kell tenni. Leszervezte az ügyvédhez az időpontot úgy, hogy ugyanarra az időpontra egy másik vevőt is szervezett, majd egy nappal korábban megkérte az ingatlan tulajdonosát, hogy hívjon fel és mondja ne menjünk másnap az ügyvédhez, mert a másik vevőkkel mennek.
Az OTP Ingatlan ilyen durva szabálytalanságok, vagyis durva átverések után a panaszomra képes volt egy semmis választ küldeni és szerintük a papírmunkát leszámítva semmi sem történt.
Senkinek nem ajánlom, hogy tőlük vegyenek ingatlant!
If a company employs broker fraudsters and then, after making a complaint, can write back that I was not in contact with their agent either, as it had nothing to do with the property, and then in the second half of the letter they are informed that they have simply not reliable.
The realtor (Mrs. Zoltán Ivádi) did not come to see it either, he did not say that we had to sign the document about the visit. He picked up our offer to buy orally, but did not state that it should be done in writing. He arranged the appointment with the lawyer by arranging another buyer for the same date and then a day earlier asked the property owner to call and tell us not to go to the lawyer the next day because they are going with the other buyers.
After such gross irregularities, ie gross scams, OTP Ingatlan was able to send a null and void response to my complaint and according to them, nothing happened except for the paperwork.
I do not recommend anyone to buy property from them!
