★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ebben az OTP fiókban senki ne intézzen ügyeket! Effektív anyagi kárt képesek okozni a trehány munkájukkal! Tárgyhónapban buktam a lemondott, de mégis kiküldött rakatnyi sms díját. És ez csak egy a hibázásaikból. Az ingyenes kp fevételi nyilatkozattétel, nem lép azonnal hatályba, de nem is mondják, hogy köv. hó 1-től érvényes. Ha a beállítás után kiveszel egy bankomat-ból sokat bukhatsz..... 10000,-nél 1000,- volt a költségem! Csak remélem, hogy nem kell általánosítanom a teljes OTP rt-re!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lassú ügyintézés nem megfelelő tájékoztatás. Elvileg a bejáratnál egy tájékoztatón indokolják hogy miért nem működik a pénztár csak sajnos a tájékoztató nincs sehol. Emiatt egy elvileg gyorsan letudható ügyintézésre vártam több mint 1 órát
