Igaz azt nem mondták, hogy melyik holnap. ...még jó hogy nem utaltam előre nekik. :( I ordered from the inch.hu site operated by the company .... The product did not arrive in 2 weeks. When I complained, they promised to "look after tomorrow." True, they did not say which one tomorrow. ... it's good I didn't refer them in advance. :(

Az egy csillag is sok. I would not recommend it to anyone. The ordered goods have not been received in more than 1 month, meanwhile the information is zero, unreachable by phone, no reply to e-mail. That one star is a lot.

A honlapon ígért 2-5 munkanapos kiszállítási idő nem teljesült, ezután kerestem őket telefonon először. Egyik számot sem vették fel, e-mailre nem válaszoltak. A második e-mailre, ami már arról szólt, hogy felveszem a fogyasztóvédelemmel a kapcsolatot, végre válaszoltak. Megígérték, hogy visszautalják a pénzt. Ennek már 3 napja és semmi hír. Most a banknál fogom jelezni, hogy visszaélés történt. Ezek után pedig a fogyasztóvédelmet keresem meg. Soha többet fel se keresem a webshopjukat. I am maximally dissatisfied, frustrated and angry. I ordered styrofoam eggs before Easter so we could paint with the kids. The 2-5 working day delivery time promised on the website was not met, after which I contacted them by phone first. None of the numbers were recorded, no emails were answered. The second e-mail, which was already about contacting consumer protection, was finally answered. They promised to return the money. It's been 3 days and no news. I will now report to the bank that abuse has occurred. After that, I look for consumer protection. I will never visit their webshop again.

Nem azt kaptam és ami megjött az is koszos volt. Szolgálatnak semmi esetre sem hívnám. Fotózz, írj, telefonálj és a számlájukat is te küld vissza.... Ha jót akarsz kerüld el, nagy ívben öket. The work of customer service is under criticism, I complained, wrote several times, called, only the annoyance and my tasks increased. I didn't get it and what came was dirty. I would not call it service at all. Take photos, write, call and they will send their bills back .... If you want to avoid good, give them a big arc.
