On December 15, 2018, your real estate agent called you to bring those interested to my property during the morning. I said thank you for the information. (I gave him the keys when writing the contract because I don’t live in the property) Then at 7pm my child called me why I wouldn’t let him into the house, I said because I wasn’t there. (I was just sitting on a bus I came home from Bratislava.) He said it was impossible because he could see the electricity from the street in my room, living room, and kitchen. That’s when I called my real estate agent to go back immediately and turn off the light bulbs. To this he replied that he had been drinking for a while, let me turn it off. Then finally my son went out to him, asked for the keys, and turned off the burners. I just want to know that it is not a requirement for you not to cause harm to your customers, either intentionally or through negligence ?? I was deeply disappointed, so I didn’t even return the keys to the broker who represented you. Before that, I forgot to open the basement door (there is a window in the basement, with an iron mesh that is always open) I heat the house with gas, but I just want to heat my house, not the whole universe. This is an extra expense for me in terms of both gas and electricity. I’m still wondering if I should contact one of the domestic media providers because I don’t think that’s permissible behavior. Amazingly cheeky, the way they look stupid, before looking at an apartment, their colleague tells them that the seller has chosen the "half" package - which, of course, was not advertised and not announced on the phone - which means that the real estate agency has 4% - half of the success fee must be paid by the buyer, it is appropriate to include it in the advertisement, not to mention that they press a statement under their noses in which they are obliged to provide the ID number and date of birth if they want to view the property ( and a few more personal data).
