★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Csalódtunk az ingatlanosokban.. rajtuk keresztül jutottunk hozzá az új lakásunkhoz, de átverve érezzük magunkat!
Az ingatlanos valótlant állított! Olyan dolgokat mondott és írt a lakásról a hirdetésében, ami nekünk szempont volt a vásárláskor. Mindez csak akkor derült ki, mikor már meg lett kötve az adásvételi szerződés, az ingatlanos megkapta a jutalékát! Ezt követően tudtunk ingatlanos nélkül beszélni a tulajjal - ekkor nyugodt körülmények között tudtunk beszélgetni, és szembesültünk azzal, hogy nem történt meg a vezetékek cseréje. A tulaj ezt mondta nekünk: "csere nem történt, de karban volt tartva a hálózat"! (ha cserélni kell a vezetékeket, akkor ez egy 70+ nm-es lakás esetében ~500 000 Ft-os nagyságrendű kiadás lehet még a vásárlást követően)
Utólag könnyű okosnak lenni, tapasztalatlan lakásvásárlók voltunk, de a mi hibánkból tanulva másoknak javasolnám, hogy ne higgye el azt, amit az ingatlanostól hall, vagy a lakás hirdetésében szerepel!! Mindenről kérjen bizonyítékot!
We were disappointed with the realtors .. we got our new apartment through them, but we feel overwhelmed!
The realtor has made a false claim! He said and wrote things about the apartment in his ad that were a consideration for us at the time of the purchase. All this was revealed only when the contract of sale was concluded and the realtor received his commission! After that, we were able to talk to the owner without a realtor - then we could talk in calm conditions and were confronted with no wiring replacement. The owner told us: "no replacement, but the network was maintained"! (if the wires need to be replaced, this could be ~ 500,000 HUF for a 70+ sqm flat after purchase)
It was easy to be smart afterwards, we were inexperienced home buyers, but learning from our mistake, I would recommend to others not to believe what you hear from the realtor or in the listing of your home !! Ask for proof of everything!
