★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 év alatt egyetlen (!) lakógyűlés sem volt megtartva, a társasház elszámolását hiába kértük, végül a jegyzőhöz kellett fordulni ahhoz, hogy sor kerüljön egy közgyűlésre, aholis a közös képviselő lemondott. Ez alatt az 5 év alatt egyetlen kisebb felújítás történt, amivel több kárt okoztak, mint amit javítottak, a nem fizető tulajdonosok soha nem kaptak még egy sima felszólító levelet sem, és a házban még porcelánfoglalatos olvadóbiztosíték van....
In 5 years no single (!) Residence meeting was held, we asked for the settlement of the condominium, and finally we had to contact the notary in order to attend a general meeting where the joint representative resigned. During this 5-year period, there has been one minor refurbishment that has caused more damage than it has been repaired, non-paying owners have never received a plain letter of reminder, and there is still a china fuse in the house.
