We loved this place in Nagon before it was renewed, so after reopening we visited today with my mother. The new place was really nice, but that’s the only positive I can say .... Menzás food at restaurant prices (except the menu). The roast chicken was around 1500 ft with egg dumplings, for a few hundred forints you eat a tasty demanding meat on the Petőfi promenade in Siófok ... It wouldn't be a problem if the stew was good, but unfortunately it wasn't ... Plus I asked directly if there was any sour cream in it, as a lactose sensitive it didn’t really matter to me and despite the negative answer I got a csuron sour cream meal. My mother ordered a menu, the garlic cream soup was clearly made of powder, but not of the good kind. He tried to eat it, I said let it be more ... Then he politely told the waitress to please bring the second one (Because by then we had waited long enough for the soup and we wanted to move on) because he didn't want to eat the soup, he didn't like it, but of course we pay. (He didn't want to scold the soup, he just said that ...) He was asked in an accountable voice what was wrong with the soup ... The bill caused another surprise about 4600 ft, which should have been around 3300 ft anyway ... It turned out, the first day who did what would be completely forgivable, everyone makes mistakes, especially on the first day. But the question is, why don’t they pay attention to a poor first-day student then? The second time they brought out the bill badly, the third time it was already good luck. I was very disappointed in this place. Oh and I see the questions here now, whether the selection has changed, yes, it has changed a lot, less of meat and different, and e.g. there are no more pizzas.

Value for money is okay. A soup for a second is a pickle without a drink for about 1100 HUF. It’s not the cheapest, but it doesn’t provide a fat-flour line either. Attention: not a gastronomic experience, just a food of acceptable quality. Clean, regular place, garden space from spring to autumn.

If someone gets hungry here feel free to go in for good food that can be taken away

Polite service, delicious and huge portion of food, absolutely reasonable prices. I can only recommend! ?

It was a private event but they made us a table, even though we only wanted to sit down for a coffee! Everyone was very polite, helpful!

Fantastic food, really well seasoned. The service is also very nice. I highly recommend the steak with Beef Bread. Unbeatable. The design is also very much there mainly for tableware.
