★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem egy korrekt iroda, 3 óra leforgása alatt változnak a dolgok vagy nincsenek a kollégák tájékoztatva. Megnéztünk egy lakásukat, az úriember aki megmutatta (hozzáteszem nagyon kedves volt) mikor rákérdeztünk azt mondta, hogy részükről nincs licit, illetve a tulajdonos nem siet, tehát nem probléma ha valaki hitellel szeretne vásárolni, meg tudja várni. Ehhez képest a délután folyamán, amikor ajánlattevésre került volna a sor a kolleganő közölte, hogy megvárják míg befut az összes ajánlat, majd kiválasztják a legjobbat közülük (ki nem lett mondva de felteszem licitre számítva) illetve szempont, hogy ki tud előbb fizetni.
Direkt rákérdeztünk ezekre és nem ezt a választ kaptunk. Személy szerint nagyon inkorrektnek és etikátlannak tartom.
 Not a fair office, things change in 3 hours or colleagues are not informed. We looked at one of their apartments, the gentleman who showed me (I add was very kind) when we asked him said that there is no bid on their part and the owner is in no hurry so it is no problem if someone wants to buy on credit he can wait. In comparison, during the afternoon, when it was time to bid, the colleague told me to wait until all the bids had run in and then selected the best one (not said but I put it on a bid basis) and consider who could pay first.
We asked these directly and we did not get that answer. Personally, I find it very incorrect and unethical.
