★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a random find. I wasn’t expecting to find an English bookstore here! First thing I asked was if they indeed carried English books.
The gentleman behind the counter nodded and I started perusing the shelves. It’s not a huge selection BUT it’s a GREAT selection. They have classic and recent books any TikTok sensation books; they carry it. I found the books I had on my list, new and old. So I’m not sure what the criteria is for the books they carried.
I was here for a good hour or so walking back and forth trying to decide which books to get.
It’s quite a space, they also have little trinkets here and there. Some Hungarian board games and also a seating area. I got here at around 3pm and it was pretty empty and quiet.
Definitely recommend if you need a book to read before your plane ride or in my case 6 hour train ride.
