R	Ruslan Valiev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven been visiting this gym in 2016,2017 and 2018. And unfortunately i must say that the level have been lower and lower with each time. Very cold and unfriendly staff. The equipment in the gym is good. No problems there. Unfortunately the Spa area is degrading. A sauna room not working plus a door was not shutting properly in another sauna room. The premium feeling of the gym that was there before is now vanishing away. Will visit once more and see if there is any improvement. If not, then this gym will be put in grave for me. Quite sad, i really used to love it

The wellness centre is fantastic with a jacuzzi, swimming pool, and more saunas and steam rooms than you could ever want. a great place to spend a lazy afternoon. The gym is well equipped and staff are friendly and helpful. I feel safe to work out in the weights section without being bothered as a female so the clientele are very pleasant too. It is very expensive relative to other gyms in the city but I think the services available are worth the price.
L	Luciane Szabo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to relax your mind. Early mornings are best. Love the group classes too, instructors are pretty good. The only down bit would be the showers, they splash on the entire bathroom but on your head. That aside, still recommend this place.
