★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm regular in this shop and every time waiting at the cashier point is 15 minutes . Today queue was long since sale is ending soon, and just one girl was working there, two others were standing next to her doing absolutely nothing.

I shopping at Oysho yesterday and spend lot of money there, but the cashier its very impolite and rude when I ask for tax refund. Thats snobbish attitude would deserve nothing, a very unprofessional service, all the staff their are unfriendly. very disappointed
