Nagyon tré, ha lehet kerüljétek... My favorite thing is that I only get notifications because I'm too lazy to pick up the mail or ring and then queue up after all that postage so I can pick it up. R	Remete Világi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gyalázatos munkamorál, kedvtelen, hozzá nem értő dolgozók. Ma reggel eddig négyszer (!) próbáltam elérni őket telefonon, de nem hajlandó senki felvenni. Egy külföldi csomagot vártam nem is olyan régen. besétáltam, kérdeztem, megérkezett-e a csomagom hozzájuk (többször elismételtem a követési számot) azt válaszolták, a központi elosztóban van. Kisétáltam, 2 perccel később felhívtam az infó központot, ahol tájékoztattak, hogy a futárjuk át is vette, aznap szállítják. Visszamentem, nem telt el 5 perc, és mikor közöltem velük, hogy a szemembe hazudtak, azt mondták, hogy elírták biztos a számot. Ha csak egy mód van rá, már plusz pénzt fizetek hogy futár hozza. Nem ajánlom. Disgraceful work ethic, obnoxious, incompetent workers. I've tried to reach them four times this morning (!), But no one is willing to answer. I was expecting a foreign package not too long ago. I walked in, asked if my parcel had arrived (repeated the tracking number several times) and they answered that it was in the central dispatcher. I walked out, 2 minutes later I called the info center, informing me that their courier had taken over, delivering the same day. I went back in 5 minutes, and when I told them they had lied in my eyes, they said they had missed the number. If there's only one way, I'll pay extra money to bring it by courier. I don't recommend it.

Sok a várakozasi idő sajnos, de én megvédeném a dolgozókat, mert láttam is, hogy tényleg rengetegen járnak ide és nem győzik, annyira nagy a tömeg. Huge and cultured building. A telefonnal ne is foglalkozzatok, mert felvenni nem fogják. Egy csomag reggel elindul a megyei elosztóból Miskolcról, egy negyed 9kor meg nincs 60 kilométerrel odébb. És azt sem tudják megmondani, hogy merre lehet éppen. Ridiculous, last lazy gang. A package will cover 2,000 kilometers in 2 days and they will not be able to transport them from Budapest to Ózd in 3 days. Don't even deal with the phone because they won't pick it up. A package starts in the morning from the county distributor in Miskolc, a quarter at 9 am and not 60 kilometers away. And they can’t even tell you where you can be right now.

Teljesen életszerű, hogy aki nem tud a küldeményéért bemenni, az bemegy a postára egy meghatalmazásért, hogy valaki bemenjen a küldeményért. Mivel minden helyzetben elfogadható, így még természetesen a postai meghatalmazás hátulján is szerepel, hogy teljes bizonyító erejű magánokirattal is lehetséges a küldemények átvétele. Hab a tortán, hogy még a céges logós papírt sem tudja a használt papírtól megkülönböztetni. Szerencséje, hogy pár perccel a zárás előtt a postavezető már nem volt ott.
