R	Richard Dovalovszki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tegnapi napon állásinterjúra érkeztem a fent nevezett céghez, egy előre egyeztetett időpontra. 30-40 perc várakozás után döntöttem úgy, hogy a cég ezzel bemutatkozott számomra és kellőképpen komolytalan. A kedves munkaügyis kishölgy csak annyit tudott közölni, látva, hogy elhagyom a várótermet, hogy az "ágazat igazgatónak sajnos közbejött egy megbeszélés, nem várja meg"? A válaszom, természetesen "NEM, köszönöm a lehetőséget" volt. Természetesen nem akartam untatni azzal, hogy ismertessem számára egy jó vezető ismérveit, mert nem a kishölgy hibája a kialakult helyzet. Több éves vezetői tapasztalattal és több interjúztatással a hátam mögött sem követtem el ilyen szervezési hibát, tiszteletlenséget. A minimum az lett volna, hogy felhív vagy ír az elérhetőségemre és elnézését kér hiszen mégiscsak vidékről vezettem fel. (Ui.: Egy csillagot sem adtam volna, csak a Google nem engedi másképp menteni) Yesterday, I arrived at the above-mentioned company for a job interview at a pre-arranged time. After waiting 30-40 minutes, I decided that the company introduced itself to me and was frivolous enough. The nice little lady who could do business could only tell me that I was leaving the waiting room, that "unfortunately a meeting has taken place for the director of the sector, don't wait"? My answer, of course, was "NO, thank you for the opportunity." Of course, I didn’t want to get bored with explaining the criteria for a good leader, because it’s not the little lady’s fault that’s the situation. With years of leadership experience and several interviews behind me, I did not commit such an organizational mistake or disrespect. The minimum would have been to call or write to my contact and apologize since I picked it up from the countryside after all.
