The beach faces westward so you can enjoy the sun until sunset which makes this place unique on the northern shore as most beaches turn into shadow by late afternoon. Food won't be your favourite. Ticket grants unlimited entry within a day so you can also try the cafe accross the entrance for snacks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surely nice in the season. We were here in May when only fishing is allowed but there is no cover fee (same everywhere around the lake before the summer season may 15th or 30t). We sat on a bench&blanket to watch the sunset and the time go by. There is a small beach entrance where some smaller kids were braving the water and I soaked my feet.
