A Venalisa géleket nagyon szeretem, sokat használom őket. Bár egy kicsit soknak tartom a szállítási költséget... De ettől függetlenül remélem a körömgélek is jók lesznek. I just ordered for the first time on this site. I was very surprised when I saw that my package would come today, even though I ordered it 2 days ago. I really like Venalisa gels, I use them a lot. Although I think the shipping cost is a bit high ... But I still hope the nail gels will be good.

Volt amit nem kaptam meg, de volt amit duplán küldtek, pedig csak 1 db-ot kértem...Amiket kaptam azokkal meg vagyok elégedve. Nem szoktam a Palota Nailstól rendelni, viszont eddig bármely cégtől rendeltem, még nem volt ilyen jellegű problémám, hogy rosszul érkezett volna meg a rendelés. Viszont az este folyamán már korrigálták is a hibát, holnap már egy csere csomaggal érkezik a meg nem érkezett termék. A kezdeti csalódásomat a korrektségükkel és gyorsaságukkal helyrehozták. Unfortunately, the products I requested did not arrive on order. There was something I didn't get, but there was something I sent twice, even though I only asked for 1 ... I'm satisfied with what I got. I don’t usually order from Palace Nails, but so far I’ve ordered from any company, I haven’t had a problem like this before the order was received poorly. However, the error has already been corrected during the evening, tomorrow the product that has not arrived will arrive with a replacement package. My initial disappointment was rectified with their correctness and speed.
