Pancake paradise - Pancake paradise

A cute little pancake shop on a street most active in the evening- hence the late hours. After a quick question on the opening hours on their facebook page I received a swift answer and happily went on my way to test the quality of both the sweet and salty pancakes. The chef greeted me kindly and seemed like he enjoyed his job, as I placed an order for a Pink Flamingo and a mexican-style pancake. It took a while but the pancakes were freshly made which made it quite worth it. The pink flamingo was eaten quickly due to the icecream inside and decreed tasty and cute, definitely something interesting for the instagrammers out there due to its pink batter. The mexican-style one was fresh off the plate and very hot in my hands- the cardboard holder did not do a great job at keeping my hands from being toasted but it was forgiven as the salty and meaty meal inside was quite worth it. I would love if there were more portable ways for these pancakes to be transported than a pizza-point cardboard, but outside of that this is an excellent little place.
