★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gravely incompetent worker. Was unwilling to adjust the saturation and resolution when being asked to print a PDF for a thermo transfer process, and then refused to do the job properly. Having worked in an ad agency for a few years, I fully know the problem of unreputable printers. If there is one to avoid, then this is it. Go somewhere else - if a printer is so unable, avoid working with them at all expense lest it bites you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call me crazy, but paying 2000 ft for a SCAN of my passport is way too much. 90 ft for a scanned page? Perhaps they have special prices for foreigners. I actually live nearby and will never use this place again. And whoever reads this review and is looking for a fair deal, choose another print shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful and reliable printers. No problem getting straight on and advice was offered. Everything seemed to work ok and staff spoke English well enough to explain what needed explaining. Price wasn’t too bad either. Would definitely recommend and will use again if I’m in a pinch.

Didn’t listen to how I wished the papers to be printed, then blamed it on me.
Do not recommend to anyone. For the same price you can find better shop, where the client will be treated properly.

I would not recommend this shop at all until they sort out their attitude and are willing to help their paying customers
