Nice place. You can see the sun through the telescope, watch videos in the planetarium and interesting exhibitions.

A perfect place to know more about the outer space and how Earth fits into the Universe! The guides are very passionate, overcoming the English speaking difficulties.

It is worth visiting. We have very friendly and interesting guided tour in English with possiblity to look through a telescope and film screening in the end. Thank you a lot, it was really awesome!

I really liked the short movie about Galileo, and I'll never forget seeing Jupiter in the telescope! I'd recommend visiting the observatory to anyone who's in the city or hiking in the area.

Kifizettunk 10.000Ft-ot 2 felnott es 3 diak jegyert es ami miatt ertelme lett volna(a tavcso) nem mukodott... amikor reszleges visszafizetest kertem elzavartak.. szanalmas I'd paid 10.000Ft (~32€) for 2 adult and 3 student tickets, and the most important feature on the place was broken... the telescope.... When i asked for partial refund they sent me away... pathetic....

Super cool! Seeing stars and planets was really interesting. Unfortunately, the tour was only in Hungarian and no audio or guidance in English. My husband had to translate. Also we were crammed into the observatory like sardines. Other than that, we saw Saturn and Jupiter as well as stars outside our galaxy!

Keep fingers crossed for clear sky, so no clouds can disturb the observation. The 90 min journey includes stories about our galaxy while staring at moons and some planets in our solar system with two telescopes. Listening to historical stories while staring at constellations with your eyes and a 3D documentary about the famous astronomer Galileo Galilei. The exhibition is also a good one.
