No realization for order on Dec. 13. I call them, twice, the Lady says there is no product in stock that is flourishing on the website to this day. I ask, couldn't this have been written? Call customer in the evening? No problem, dictate part numbers with me, I choose two other products that are also in stock. None, none! The answer is no choice, can I cancel the order? Uncritical attitude, zero feedback, non-existent ready-made products, I do not recommend to anyone.

They were deceived thoroughly, they have to be very careful with them, because the paper boxes have 5 pieces / set, but it is disassembled, it gives 1 box for 1000 HUF. No withdrawal was offered. I use photos to prove to consumer protection that they cheated! I don't think a good little NAV check will hurt them.

They had the best price for the product and it was written for 5 working days for delivery, so I ordered the product. Since I haven’t ordered from this web store yet, I was careful to request the product by cash on delivery. I received confirmation almost immediately that my order is being processed but the product did not arrive within the indicated time. I wrote them an email that they didn’t respond to, so I called them a few days later. The clerk was ready and assured that the product would be delivered in 1 week. I waited, I waited, but nothing. I called them 1 week after the promised delivery that the product still hadn’t arrived. The clerk told me to order the product from the wholesaler and I will receive it in a few days. That's when I ran out of patience. What is it that you order now? Have I been waiting for the product for 1 month? The answer was that they would order, but it is not certain that the wholesaler would deliver, now order again. Did I ask if I would receive the product then? He could not answer that. I asked you to indicate back in writing the next day if they can ship the product within a few days because if not, I will order from elsewhere. Of course, I didn't get a response, so I thought my order was canceled then. I ordered the product from elsewhere, although more expensive, but it arrived within 4 days. For this web store without any notice I received a courier notice to bring my package. 1 month after my order. Incredible. The prices are good, but you can only get ahead with cash on delivery and continuous phone calls at this online store. Order only from those who have nerves, patience.

I bought 1 ceramic spice rack online. I chose to pick it up in person, where I also looked at the product, but unfortunately I didn’t notice it was broken in a small place. I only saw this when I got home. I wrote to the company that very day that the product was broken and I attached a photo. They did not answer. I called them several times for days, but I didn’t get a meaningful response, just a promise that the executive would call me back. So I thought I was exercising my 14-day right of withdrawal, which I also wrote to them in an email. No answer, so I personally took him back to the store, but the seller indicated that he did not decide to call the executive by phone. Well, the lady was finally willing to talk to me, but she stated that her word against mine, after leaving the box office, there are no complaints, they do not sell a broken product, I may be injured on the way home. It is not the value of the goods that really matters, but the attitude of the trader. To date, I have not received a reply to any of my emails, nor will they be considered.
