T	Tünde Szabó on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos nagyon minősíthetetlen kiszolgálás fogadott. Rendszeresen jártam nyomtatni (eddig!), viszont most egy fekete hajú idősebb hölgy volt az eladó. Se maszk, semmi, pedig kötelező és büntetnek érte, rajtam volt, mint eddig is. Bementem, ahogy máskor is, nyomtatást kértem volna pendriveról (ahogy bármilyen más papírírószerben szokták kérni), odaadtam, elmondtam, mit és hogyan szeretnék kinyomtattatni, lassan és érthetően normális stílusban (erre nem is figyelt a hölgy, mint később kiderült, lekezelő megnyilvánulásából), majd elment a hölgy a pulttól (3 eladó volt bent, privát dolgokról csevegtek hosszú perceken keresztül, miközben türelmesen várakoztam és a kamerába nézegettem, mikor fárad már hozzám, mint vásárlóhoz oda egy eladó. Majd egy idő után visszajött, mondva "Na mivan, nem sikerült?!...ja , hogy a jelszavas a monitor"...itt már a "beszédstílusból", hozzáállásból kezdtem sejteni, h a hölgy nem igazán ért ehhez az amúgy egyszerű művelethez vagy legalábbis nem vmi sokszor csinálta. Kérdeztem, hogy akkor hogy lesz, menjek be a pult mögé, mint egy beosztott, tegyem be a nyomtatóba a kreatív kartont, találjam ki magamtól (mert nincs kiírva az sem) mi a jelszava a monitornak, majd nyomtassam ki magamnak, állítsam be és fizessem is ki mindezt, majd erre annyit reagált, h "Ez nyilvánvaló, de a pult mögé nem mehetek be"..mondom a kreatív kartont bele kell vhogy tenni a nyomtatógépbe, illetve kiírva sincs, h ez egy önkiszolgáló nyomtató, eddig nem így működött. Erre puffogás, orr alatt mormogás, méregetés.."Azzal amúgy tisztában van-e, hogy a második oldal üres"..mondom igen, tisztában vagyok vele, ha már így fogalmaz, el is mondtam, amikor kértem, hogy a második oldal üres, ezért csak az elsőből kérnék 3 példányt....meg vegyem el magamnak a kartont is, arra vhol megtalálom..segítségnyújtás 0, eddig nem kellett keresgélnem, h ők hol tartják a kartont. Mondom: Tudja mit, nem muszáj itt elköltenem a pénzem, ha ilyen nagy fáradtságot okoz 3 oldalt kinyomtatni, megteszem ezt máshol, köszönöm a kedvességet (reakció semmi, bocsánat vagy elnézést, ami ebben a helyzetben alap lett volna), illetve a korábban nyomtatott plakátom fekete-fehér peldányát sem értettem, hogy kerülhetett a pult vitrin részébe, miért őrizgetik egy hónappal később is...engedélyt nem adtam a plakátom és az adataim tárolására . Na mindegy, ez is fura volt, én azt mondom, vigyázzon mindenki, milyen dokumentumokat ad át ebben az üzletben...többet én nem jövök ide, az biztos. Sztem még igencsak örüljenek, h ilyen megnyilvánulások után nem kértem panaszkönyvet, illetve csak könyvelő vagyok és nem NAV-os... Unfortunately, very unqualified service was received. Then after a while she came back saying "Na mivan, no did you succeed?! ... oh that the password is the monitor "... here I started to guess from the" speech style ", attitude, if a lady didn't really understand this otherwise simple operation or at least she didn't do sg many times. I asked that then will, go behind the counter like a subordinate, put the creative card in the printer, find out for myself (because it is not written out either) what the password for the monitor is, and then print it out for myself, I set it up and pay for it all, and then he responded so much, h "It's obvious, but I can't go behind the counter" .. it didn't work that way. Swelling, murmuring under the nose, gaze .. "Are you aware that the second page is blank anyway" .. I say yes, I'm aware of it, if you put it that way, I told you when I asked that the second page is blank , so I would only ask for 3 copies of the first one .... I'll buy the cardboard for myself, where can I find it..help 0, so far I haven't had to look for where they keep the cardboard. I say: You know what, I don't have to spend my money here if it causes so much fatigue to print 3 pages, I do it elsewhere, thank you for your kindness (no reaction, sorry or apology that would have been basic in this situation) or my previously printed poster I didn't even understand his black-and-white plaque that it might have gotten into the showcase part of the counter, why they keep it a month later ... I didn't give permission to store my poster and data. Anyway, that was weird, I say, watch out, everyone, what documents you hand over in this store ... I'm not coming here anymore, that's for sure. I'm still very happy, I didn't ask for a complaint book after such manifestations, or I'm just an accountant and not a NAV ...
