★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most terrible service experience in my life!
I have arrived with my 2.5 yo car to check three minor problems:
1. Minor problem with my electric window
2. Rubber seal moved under a door
3. Request an update for the GPS
All them should have been under the worldwide guarantee, but they charged all of them and tried to convince me I am wrong.
I was dumb and paid, but later the Mercedes official infoline confirmed that these issues are under guarantee. So they just robbed me!
I went to another dealership to Budaörs and they managed everything under the guarantee.
Also the *fix" what they applied to the rubber seal is the most terrible fix what I have ever saw, this is clearly damaged my car and reduced it's value!
Avoid this service and this dealership, if you don't want to be robbed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here two times as I had some warranty issues with a brand new CLA coupe.
It is shocking how careless the staff is... I was standing around at the front of the reception and other desks, but no one was willing to ask me why I'm here or what they can help with? They just ignoring everyone. Seems like this is a common issue after reading the reviews.
However ,In the same time I have to admit that the technical staff is OK. They are helpful and having a good knowledge of their cars. They would deserve a 5star for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time for service of my smart car. Friendly lady at reception who spoke good English. Also the service counter was a friendly lady who made a appointment for service next week. So far al super!
Service done yesterday. They could not find service book. I found today where it always is under chair of Co driver. I asked for 2 yearly inspection. When I picked up the car the inspection was not written in my car papers. After complaining they said I did not mention I need also the inspection. Sure I did mention! Than the service price was about 120.000 forint including :timing belt who has to be replaced at 60.000 kilometers but I cannot find on invoice so I doubt if this is done. Same with replacement of cooling liquid and spark plugs ..Not Done.. Disappointing experience also due I have to drive in total 400 kilometer and 1 night in hotel...UPDATE :Also. After sales bad... No reaction no explanation. Luckily we have good contacts in Germany at Daimler Benz so I keep updating...
