My partner and I booked a table for dinner. We ordered two main courses and two desserts. I ordered myself a pesto chicken breast with garlic mushroom heads, and my pair’s choice fell on a dish called natural chicken breast in Paradiso style (ham-tender-cream-garlic ragout) with a rice circle. The chicken breast with pesto was texture-free, and the size of the chicken breast was just as deep-fried as it needed to be. Under the crispy layer of cheese, a sufficient amount of pesto sauce, mixed with a hint of oversalt in one or two places. The garnish - as I had hoped - matched the chicken perfectly (the taste of the mushrooms and the chicken breast coincides: -) ... ... my pair of chicken breasts were okay, of course, but here came the first serious bang: the stew was almost inedibly salty, literally biting my mouth. At our signal, the waiter informed us that a new, home-made rib was being used, probably because it might have been saltier than usual. After all, an acceptable explanation, no problem. I asked for Somali dumplings for dessert (knowing that this is the Achilles heel of all restaurants), but since our waiter also recommended it, I went in. What I got wasn't bad ... if anyone could refer me to Somló's classic nature, as my somló was completely reminiscent of somló in its exterior and inwardly. The end result, however, was absolutely fine for dessert! I just tasted a couple of my pancakes stuffed with "curd rudi." Overall, the place brings what one expects from a restaurant next to a main road, approx. with a realistic value for money .... a grade of 4 is more than four due to the "chef in love" syndrome.
